ONLINE EXHIBITION 2022
I have been a working artist all of my life. From an early age I began to wonder “What is this life?” “What is reality?” This led to a life-long habit of reading widely and to study of Asian art and philosophy. My primary interest has been how to use these ideas every day to appreciate and enjoy the wonder of our existence.
Ellen Pliskin has a studio in Manhattan. She studied at SVA and has degrees from Hunter College and Fordham University. Her most unusual venues for exhibition have been 6 United States Embassies, all sponsored by the United States Departmentof State's Art in Embassies Program.
Jessica Ziegler is a native New Yorker who paints cityscapes and urban landscapes primarily in oil, watercolor and gouache. Her style is naturalistic, and the themes in her art center on the juxtaposition of the natural and man-made environment, and on revealing the beauty in often-overlooked details.
Pamela Casper was born and raised in New York, NY. Casper studied painting with Harriet Shorr at Swarthmore College and has been exhibited in group exhibitions at notable institutions such as the American Watercolor Society, New York, NY; Exit Art, NY; Governors’ Island, NY; and the Mindener Museum, Minden, Germany.
