About artist:
Ellen Pliskin has a studio in Manhattan and Cheshire CT. She studied at SVA and has degrees from Hunter College and Fordham University. Her most unusual venues for exhibition have ben 6 United States Embassies, all sponsored by the United States Department of State’s Art in Embassies Program.

My drawings explore light and space using pen and ink, pastel or conte crayon to suggest a sense of the natural environment.
